1. What are your office hours?

2. When can I access my storage unit?
Gate access is available 7 days a week from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
3. What types of storage do you offer?
Drive-up storage units in several sizes, plus outdoor parking for vehicles (15 ft and 20 ft shown online).
4. Do you offer vehicle, boat, or RV storage?
Yes — outdoor parking spaces (15’ and 20’) are listed online for vehicles and small RV/boat storage, subject to availability.
5. Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Units are rented on a month-to-month basis.
6. How can I pay my bill?
- Pay online anytime (manage autopay & history)
- Pay in person during office hours
- Call the onsite manager at (530) 626-3362 for payment options
7. How do I rent a unit?
- Call the office to confirm the size you need or view rates/sizes on our website.
- Complete the rental agreement online or in person with the resident manager
- Get your gate code and move in

8. What security features do you have?
The facility is fenced and gated, has computerized gate access, is well maintained and monitored, and has a resident/onsite manager.
9. What unit sizes are available?
Some of popular unit sizes we have are 5×5, 5×10, 10×10, 10×12, 10×15, and outdoor 15’–20’ parking. Availability changes, so call to confirm.
10. Do you have someone onsite?
Yes — We have an onsite/resident manager to help with billing, unit selection, and questions.
